Our business plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to help our Human Resource Department.
The HR Generalist helps running the daily function of the Human Resource Department, working closely with Senior HR Generalist and HR Manager to ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation; working with employees’ benefits as well as providing clerical support to all employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR and Administrative related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the recruitment proceed by sending candidates to the lab and checking on the results to make sure that they are eligible for the campaign.
- Assist candidates with the Non-Criminal Records and prepare Background Check Forms for Clients that require them.
- Prepare Onboarding Tracker for New Hires.
- Send Ticket to activate Access Cards for New Hires.Prepare and print Employees’ badges.
- Prepare Contracts for New Hires to be sent to the Ministry of Labor.
- Conduct New Hires Orientation to Welcome and educate them on company guidelines and general information about the company, benefits, while completing all the necessary paperwork required by law and by the company policies.
- Work with Medical Insurance for New Hires and for employees that qualify for changing to another insurance company or that wants to add or remove a member.
- Prepare and send to Accounting New Hires Report.
- Create, maintain and update digital and physical records of employees.
- Update the HR Database, as well as the ATS with New Hires and Terminations.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records.
- Keep control of employees’ statistics.
- Calculate and send emails for Employees’ vacations, as well as prepare letter and receipt.
- Acts as a connection between the company and external benefit providers, which may include insurance, Pension Plans, Transportations, Food and others.
- Prepare PAF for: birth of a child, marriage, death of family, salary increase and others to be reviewed by HR Manager.
- Prepare respective letter for the Ministry of labor: Absences without permissions, resignations, terminations and contracts’ letters.
- Work with Medical Licenses: email to Workforce, Operations and Supervisors.
- Send the termination Tickets so IT can deactivate the users, also send communications to Operations, Workforce Accounting and Food suppliers.
- Work and support with Employees’ engagement activities, e.g. Birthday Email, Cake, Pizza Days and others.
- Administrative Petty Cash Conciliation.
- Respond and report Employees’ tardiness, absences and other events that are sent via email or WhatsApp.
- Prepare the Monthly and Annual Reports (DGT-3 and DGT-4) to the Ministry of Labor.
- Work closely with HR Manager and Industrial Health and Safety Program.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Review and follow up about employees that NLWC with equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, General Psychology, Administration, Laws and related careers.
- Prior experience in Administrative Area preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Available to work Onsite and Remotely if required.
