Job Description:

As a call center representative (Soft Sales or Customer Service), you will assist and educate customers on our products and services. You will be utilizing your excellent communication skills while providing a superior customer experience to your prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Use high-value support to meet our technology, product, and service targets, through an explanation of the overall value, features, and benefits of all products and services offered.
  • Assess the needs of inbound customers to answer questions about products and services and provide solutions that fit customers' needs.
