Job Description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will answer phones and help customers with billing, and technical service questions while focusing on helping the customers keep their accounts active. Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. (Asking clarifying questions, anticipating customer needs). Also, educating about available products/services and enhance customer loyalty by offering additional services. 

Responsibilities

  • Introduce our customers to our technology, product, and services, through an explanation of the overall value, features, and benefits of all products and services offered.
  • Assess the needs of inbound customers to answer questions about products and services and provide solutions that fit customers' needs.
  • Understand and use of active listening skills and attention to detail to engage a previous customer using the onboarding process.
  • Timely process of request/order entry as well as any other administrative tasks associated.
